Consultancy Prices and Packages

The best way to get the most of your library space is to have a full-time Librarian as a member of staff, however it is appreciated that this is not always possible. The below prices and packages act as another option, with varying ways of helping to make the library the heart of the school community.

I believe in being open and upfront about prices, and providing extra value where a school is dedicated to their library, especially when school budgets can be tight.

Library Consultancy and Support

Includes visiting your school, carrying out work agreed such as audit, edit, tidy, categorising etc.

- £135 for morning only (3 hours)

- £200 for full day (5 hours)

- £550 for 3 full days (15 hours)

Pupil Librarian Training

A 3 hour visit includes 2 hours to quick tidy and familiarise with library & 1 hour for training pupils. Also includes worksheet activities and 5 librarian badges.

-£160 for 3 hour visit.

Staff Meeting Book Updates

A visit to join your staff meeting, showcasing recently published children's books and how they can be used in your classroom. I leave you copies of 6 books from the titles shared

- £100 a session (including books)

Bronze Support - Fortnightly Library Maintenance

Includes an initial half-day visit (3 hours) to tidy and edit Library space. Then a 2 hour visit every other week (or 6 times per term) during term-time to maintain the library.

- £660 per term or

- £1620 Annually

Silver Support - Weekly Library Maintenance and Support

Includes an initial half-day visit (3 hours) to tidy and edit Library space. Then a 2 hour visit every week (or 12 times per term) during term-time to maintain the library and develop initiatives for school.

- £1180 per term or

- £3240 Annually

Gold Support - Regular Library Maintenance, Support and Activities

Includes an initial half-day visit (3 hours) to tidy and edit Library space. Then a 2 hour visit twice a week (or 24 times per term) during term-time to maintain the library, support collection development, run class visits and activities.

- £6720 Annually
